I am having trouble figuring out the legalities of a particular situation I am dealing with. A patient who recently moved from Oregon to Washington wants me to grow on his Oregon card still. Is this legal? Can an out of state resident still have a caregiver/grower in a different state? Could this same patient also maintain a grow in Washington on his card there? Basically, can one patient with a card in both oregon and washington have two seperate grows in each of those states? Hopefully I worded this in a way that makes sense, but let me know if I can be any clearer. Thanks
