Here is what I found out about the Cannamed process.
There are lengthy forms to fill out about your health and personal questions such as who lives with, ages, employment.
They need a copy of your Colorado DL or ID and SS#. They keep a copy for their records.
You must write a check to the state for $90 and you can pay the rest of the fees for the doc either by cash or CC, but there is a charge if you use a CC.
No check for the doc.

One advantage of going to THCF is that you can mail in your ap with the $90 check to the state yourself.

Personally, I'm not thrilled with the idea of them keeping my personal information such as my DL and SS.
Maybe THCF is the same?

which part of colo are you lookin to move to?

Colorado Springs or within 15-20 minutes of.
I have friends and family that will also be moving out here by next year and would like to be within a safe driving distance of them all.
I hear it snows out here so the closer the better.

I'm happy to say that as of mon the 29th I'm legal!! As promised Cannaed had me in and out within 20 min. Totals: 200 for their fee + 90 for the state + 50 for a temporary license so I could go straight to a dispensory, which I did!!

Also, there a dispensory next door!! They didn't have much on display as they've only been in business there a week, but he had some outrageous blueberry, possible the best I've every smoked!!

So I gotta say that CannaMed delivered, I faxed my records, had an appointment, and now I have some very effective medicine

WTG JayDoe71! I was quite happy and relieved to have gotten mine also. I went to Canna Med and liked the doc out there.

I would use the THC foundation. I'm glad you had a good experience at cannamed but I am already disgusted they basically charged you 50 to send a certified letter. THCF simply shows you where, in the law, it states if you have copies of your paperwork and reciept from the certified letter is the same as having your card. That 50 could have got you some more blueberries!

Amen. That's highway robbery if they're charging you to get a "temporary card" that you don't even need!

Thanks, KJ. I took a card but must have lost it, but's it's next door (20 feet, literely) to the Cannamed address, which you can google. When I was there he didn't have much inventory but promised he was getting another delivery soon. I bought his last eigth of blueberry.

cannamed charged 200 for doctor consult, plus 90 for the state, and you can spend 50 for a original signature from the approving doctor that will get you into some dispensaries during the time it takes you to get your card from the state. Mine took 32 days to arrive.

You don't have to spend the extra 50. You can ask the doc's office for a copy of it for free.

When I moved to cali, I brought my paperwork that had me diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder, OCD, and ADHD. I showed the doc my scripts for klonopin, xanax, etc. and told him I was suffering from addiction to these horrible pills. (honestly, the pills are fine) I paid 50 bucks, got added to a list, got a card printed, and was able ot go clubbin

I have heard about this license and only being able to shop their own store.
