Canuckistan (Canada) - Where'd my seeds go?!

Ok, so here's the issue. (long story, I shall try to keep it shortened and to the point).

I had some seeds from a Dutch Seed bank (Spliff seeds to be exact). I am happy with their seeds etc, except that this one package I had, 90% of the seeds came up male... don't ask how. Bad luck I guess? Anywho....

I emailed Erik over there, and told him what happened. He said that he would gladly send me a free pack of feminized northern lights. He confirmed sending it.

I NEVER got the package. So here's my question:

Do you think that someone stole it at Canadapost (one of the dopeheads that work the night shift, saw the package and the return address and thought "i could use this" *yoink*), or do you think it got "infiltrated" by Big Brother?

Is the Canadian Gov't allowed to confiscate a package of SEEDS? I mean, legally they are NOT a plant. Just seeds, and I am allowed to have seeds.

What do you think happened to them?

I am EXTREMELY furious if they got stolen or confiscated. I appreciate what Erik did for me (and he said that if I am ever in Amsterdam, I can meet up with him and grab a package in person....however I don't see myself being there anytime soon), However, I can't just keep blowing money and having packages vanish. Good God!

(PS anybody feel like donating some Northern Lights seeds for another hybrid project of mine? I will send you some of hybrid seeds in return! ).

I would ask Erik if he had a tracking number or anything, and explain that you haven't received it yet, and was wondering if there was a mailing issue. Im sure that Erik would like to know that the parcels that hes shipping aren't making it to the customer.

Plus, he may have taken out insurance on the parcel, and he could make a claim.

Not quite sure if he did, because I think I may have asked him that. We backed-forthed for a while with the emails, and he said he sent it for sure, etc etc. It's a little late now to be bringing up old things (this was in the summer/fall of 2010). Few months ago. I am sure he wouldn't even remember me.

I really did need those seeds for a hybrid project that I am working on (a continuation of last years, which came out fantastic I may add!).

Those seem a lot like Nirvanas strains. Sucks you did'nt get your package.

I know. I am extremely disappointed (not with Spliff Seeds, but with the postal system and its track record). Maybe I can get some more in the spring (somewhere local, who knows).

Unless, does anyone on here do trades/exchanges/donations (yea, I am a dreamer)? or is that a big No no?

Figured. Well it was worth a shot! I can maybe ask a friend for some, but I would rather work on my projects alone!
