Can't figure out what my issue is here?

Hey all, I recently moved these plant after topping a few days before from a 600w mh in my tent to a 400w LED in my cupboard along with 3 others which arent having the same problems.
Can anyone help identify the problem/deficiency?
Growing in coco

I don't know what you're feeding, so I can't elaborate on what is or isn't in your feed. For sure if you're growing in coco, you want to be sure you have enough Ca and Mg in your feed to get you through (coco likes to hold both of these elements for itself, which means you need to be sure your plant gets some of both too.) Can you elaborate on your feed / water schedule; the devil will be in the details. One red flag, for starters is; your coco looks too dry...and generally dry coco is no bueno when using liquid nutrients.

Over-watered, not enough nutrients.
Coco has no fertilizer in it at all....
Should've went with super soil....
You might be able to save it with some Alaskan Fish Fertilizer from Home Depot.
That thing is at 10-1-1

relax it is small you can still pull this one back on track...
Get a light organic feed from your local nursery, forget cannabis specific nutes.
They are likely overpriced and will probably consist of liquid or dry salts that fuck shit up as far as it goes.
When you flower, you can switch over to whatever crap you want, but in veg just a basic feed, starting way below recommended dose is almost impossible to mess up.
The plant's colour will stay lightish until you get the ratio correct...

Thank you in advance.
Water in some Epsom at 1-2tbls/gal. Inc your RH to 55%. That's what I'd do. It looks like your showing Mg def signs. Keep your nute ppm under 350ppm if you can but coco is inert so the only food they get is from the water you give. Soil has food in it, coco doesn't.
