Cannazon is straight up

the 1st i doubt it and good for you. nope nothing unusual about the order there in stock i pay and wait and wait and send email still nothing ive had out of stock a few time's with other seedbanks but here's the difference they email or phone within 24 hrs to let me know but iv'e heard nothing and that's piss poor by any ones standards
it's that simple.

umm, yes, you are the 1st i've heard of not receiving an order that you paid for from them.

and, yeah, their customer service is slow as fuck, give them more like 2-3 days to respond to an email. The 1st time i ordered, I emailed them a day later and didn't get a response for 3 days….but once they responded, everything went smoothly from there on out.

when you order, unless you need the original packs, it helps to write in the comments section that it's ok for them to remove the seeds from original packs, otherwise they wait to send your order until they email you & get an answer back, that delayed my order once, as they didn't email me to question me until a few days after i placed the order.

again, their customer service sucks. But once they ship the seeds, they come fast.

ill be a bit more patient.
and just to make you aware im from the uk so breeder packs all the time.

I ordered my seeds 11 days ago.. Havent recieved them AND they havent responded to ANY OF MY EMAILS FOR 8 days... Im hoping they are just in the mail but who doesn't respond to emails??!?!?!?!?

Let me change that.. 14 days ago.. 330+ dollars. NOTHING

I ordered from Cannazon Mid February. I had moved from one location to another and had forgotten to place a name tag on my new mailbox. The package was returned and eventually lost. I emailed Mr. C and never got a reply. I read someone's post that its usually better to contact Mr. C via telephone. I called him and explained the situation. Nicest guy ever. He told me to wait for a full 31 days for credit. I received my credit exactly 31 days from dispatch. I placed another order and received it today no problems. I will definitely shop from Cannazon again.

Seems like a no brainer then. Stick with what works for you. I haven't been thrilled with every seed bank I've tried either. I'm just saying that blowing them up with emails isn't going to help your cause.

I haven't emailed him in 4 days.. I'm taking the advice I just don't understand it.

the zon has always come thru for me and have gotten great freebies also. sometimes it takes longer sometimes not. just be patient im sure it will work out

I will second that.

I ordered from Cannazon back in January. I usually get seeds in 5 days or so with Attitude. But, their credit card system was down. It took almost 3 weeks with Cannazon. He came through though.

Ive never recieved a tracking number.. Running on 18 days hoping for the best.

today i login to the zon and check order status and see my order has been shipped
with a note from mr c apologizing for being late.

Does it just say US Tracked? Or does it actually give you a tracking number?
