looking perfect in there man! you might experience a *little* lag after that topping but it looks like you've already transplanted into final containers (that will help)? EDIT* you're still in 2 gallon containers I Guess

whats your light height right now? looks like you could drop it a little bit to increase intensity/cut down on the stretch a little. this doesnt *really* become important till the final topping, but still, more light intensity *could* produce quicker growth.

have you sexed them yet?

Right on, Reef. Yea, its hard to deny the results so I just had to go for it. I'm planning on doing four eight-headed ladies. I'm stoked.

Let me know if you need any info when you begin your journey into MLing. A brother, Sine, has helped me greatly through my first run and I feel confident in the process now.:blsmoke:

@sine I still have them in two gals and they are mostly unsexed. Im pretty sure of a few but that is something I will change next round... wait to chop more until sexed.

As far as light, my 1k mh is on 75% and is a few feet above canopy. They have been so short-noded that I was thinking I needed to stretch them a bit... You don't think so? They're only about three inches from soil at a month.

they look bigger than they are I guess due to pot size. I dont know what reflector you have, so its hard to tell how good the spread will be if you lower it, but I assume you can cover them all with the light at 24 to 30 inches. like I said, things dont get *real* till you top em to 8 and put them in super soil. once they recover you'll watch them explode. maybe nugs will chime in, although I dont know if he's watching this thread. i like to keep things about 20k to 30k lux on the iphone light meter for optimal veg growth generally. I veg under t8s though lol.

they may show sex before your clones are rooted, but if not, you can flip those to figure things out. I would not transplant till you know the sex really. being in a 2 gal pot with a bit of ss in the bottom will help too cause you dont realy need to worry about them running out of gas or getting rootbound for a while.

like I said, they look great. 30 days to get to 4 heads is really good time. I like to give them at least 14 days in final container before flower. sometimes twice that but those TWs are looking pretttty vigourous so I assume thats the amount of time you'll need.

Well, as I popped my head in the tent the other day it was obvious to see that the kids were growing up. Preflowers were coming out so I started to count 'em up... I ended up spotting six males and three ladies leaving one unknown. I only have room for four so I'm very hopeful that the slowpoke is fem. I've been doing this proper so I know the ganja gods have got my back!:leaf::peace:

damnnnnn six males. i feel your loss. I'm hoping for 3/six fems on my chern f2s. granted, you can only have 4, so not too bad. you lose any vigorous ones?

They were numbered in order of vigor... 1, 2, 3, 8, 9, 10 were male. I still have some beautiful girls though. :D

@Reef Yea I agree. I was already planning on lowering germ temps for next run to try and better my ratio. I know TGA gear can be quite female friendly..

I watered this morning and will transplant tonight into my #7 smartpots with SS. I think they should be ready for their final topping to make eight on Sunday.

Hey nerds, hope all is well with your operations and such. Here in my lab things are right on schedule and there are many new happenings of note..

First off, we finally have our forth and final confirmed female.:hump: Number seven finally showed her lady parts on Friday so I'm pretty stoked we got the four that we have room for. After I had confirmed sex, I put them into 7 gallon smart pots and let them kick back and adjust until Sunday when I topped for eight heads and tied them down. Hopefully they pop back up and get to growing so I can flip that switch!

Pictures to come this evening....

Okay gents. I just realized that the photo hosting site I'm using is slaughtering the resolution when I upload so I apologize for the crappy pics, it's all I have right now.:leaf:

Group shot..From top left going clockwise..5,7,4,6(I threw some of the rooted clones in 2gals):bigjoint:

Number 4...Not sure if you can tell but so far she is much shorter with fatter leaves. Looks to me to be showing more indica traits than the others.

Here is number 5...She has much more stretch with slimmer leaves. Very vigorous.

As for number seven, she is almost identical to five in terms of stretch and vigor. Number six is a 50/50 mix of four and the twins. (Hope that wasn't too confusing.):)

I'm pretty happy to see some early differences in my ladies. Although I know as they grow they may become more similar, I hope this is a sign of some differences in taste and effect.

time to start spreading those 8 heads to the sides!
Yup! I'm really happy with how symmetrical they look this early. Were definitely going to have 32 equal colas in this 4x4!

Also, all eight clones are showing roots through their rapid rooters so I will be doing a little more transplanting this weekend.

what are those pink twisty wire things called? I've seen them used by nugbuckets and they look easy to use, rather than zip ties.

I use waterproof electrical wire. Its just regular 12v wiring with a thick plastic coating. Handy as a mofo.

You know you're a weed nerd when a trashcan of soil gets you pumped up!

Here's a little supersoil porn for yall...

Okay guys, we're back at it.:hump::bigjoint: Hope things are well with you as things are mighty healthy in my camp. :peace:

There for a little bit I had the ladies tied down with coated wire and some zip ties but I was able to take most of those off a few days ago. They're really taking shape now.

I went ahead and got some tomato cages and a pair of bolt cutters. After some snipping and adjusting they couldn't fit any better. Should be about three more days before they start to raise above the rings. I decided to let them veg until 4/20 so I can really celebrate the flip.:leaf: Seemed like a fitting date...

My four ring circus... (From the top left clockwise 4, 5,7,6)

Number IV - Still the shorter and bushier of the bunch. Working on node five on all eight heads.

Number V - One of the tallest and most developed. Longer node spacing. Working on node six.

Number VI - This one is a little shorter than the lanky girls and is very stout. She's going to hold her weight nicely.Working on node five.

Number VII - Still pretty identical to five. Lanky, long node spacing. Both within an inch height wise as well. Working on node six.

Some mighty healthy clones there to the left.

I think I forgot to mention earlier what I did for my cloning situation...Anyway, here's a pic of the 2ft florescent with 6500k bulbs I picked up.

Peace out guys. Have a dank 4/20, fuckers.

What's up guys?! I hope everyone is having a dank evening..:peace:

I have been keeping up with the latest weed nerds and I'm pretty fucking stoked to see how much Sub (and the Cannabis Hunter ) are digging the Timewreck. For me, it was a pick out of a hat of TGA genetics and I feel lucky to be running it. (Thanks Murdman). I know Sub has chosen the Bloodwreck dominant cut but I'm not too sure of it's identifying traits...Anybody have any clues?

I finally decided to start flowering a week and a half ago on April 28th and there's enough progress now to warrant an update!:clap: Since I have eight healthy clones and some space to fill I decided to leave the best looker from each mom inside to flower. All eight ladies in my tent posse are starting to form small buds and pistils are reaching out. They really look healthy as hell and these pics don't do them justice but I'm over it. I'll step up from the smartphone cam after harvest. :)

This update is pic heavy so lets get started...

#4.1 and #4

#4 Still the shortest but so friggin stout. Thick stems with purple in them. Has hints of....Applejacks? I know Reef swears he has one!

#4 One of her heads beginning to bud up.

#4.1 Tight nodes and fat leaves. Has the same purple stems as mom.

#5.1 and #5

#5 Lanky and really starting to stretch with the start of 12/12. Still twins with 7.

#5 Has some of the most mature budding so far. Pistils everywhere.

#5.1 This clone is as tall as mom in a two gal!

#6.1 and #6 Still seeing traits from both of the other phenos in this one.

#6

#6 Even more beautiful in person.:weed:

#6.1 Not the fastest grower but holding her own.

#7.1 and #7 This pheno is still very much like 5.

#7 Fast grower with quite a bit of small bud production already. I hope she fattens up!:bigjoint:

#7

#7.1 This girl is a little kinky. :)

Thanks for checking me out. Stay up. :leaf:
