cannabutter

Long time smoker, first time poster.
Ive read some good info on this site and am trying to make the move from combusting too edibles and vape. After years of bong and joint, my lungs are starting say enough so im making cannabutter soon for the first time

Im open to any advice and how much butter would b used with say 12 grams of white widow .

Another great way if you are vapeing is making AVB capsuls. I just started to make these and they work wounders for my pain.

Just food for thought.

I use one zip per four sticks of butter (1lb)

1. If your weed is wet, toast it a little to decarb.
2. Use unsalted butter. Less foam.
3. Cook with butter and water. You don't want to fry the cannabis.

holy sheeit...you right about the extra foam with the salty

AVB = Already Vaped Bud.
The bud is already activated once its used through a vaporizer. So what you are left with is the by product from your weed in the vape.
You are able to consume it as it is.

I got a capsual filling machine on Amazon and the empty gel caps.

It essentilly is THC pills.

My vaped weed smells like burnt popcorn. Makes killer butter but the taste is definitely different.

I might try the AVB thing , but it does smell like burnt popcorn and reminds of the terrible " bong dregs " of my young years.
I didn't know there was still thc in AVB.

Lol. Ya i would eat a table spoon at a time and chase it down with milk... horrable taste lmao.

With the "space caps" you sometimes get AVB burps but nothing ya cant handle.

@Chunky Stool: I just harvested my first plant. It's a green monster of success. Now, I'd like to make cannabutter, but I'm not sure if I need to go through a drying process. What is your recommendation? Also, do you have a link to (or know by heart) a goof-proof cannabutter recipe? Mahalo and aloha from Hawaii
