Cannabis plant mutation

So I have a mutated plant I believe after the first node, instead of having one set of perpendicular leaves at the nodes it starts having two sets of perpendicular leaves at each node, and the fan leaves have two blades aslightly above a middle underset blade. I'm not sure finishing this bongsmilie and taking pictures, must be a name for this? Any ideas why?

I actually have two plants that are doing this it goes first node, two sets, second node, three sets, third node, four sets.

Are the two with the mutations the same strain? Same breeder etc?
I have 9 plants in my garden 7 plants are from the same seeds, those woupd include the two mutated ones and then two skunk #1 clones. So ya I believe so when I got them I was told they were apparently pineapple express seeds from a medical breeder in Maine so not sure they're deffinatly an f1 because I've seen a large quantity of phenotypes (had about 25 seeds).

I see see standard noobie nute burn

note the soil ...er 'dirt' needs more organics..? even perlite

should you have the skill .. potup to some quality potting mix

fox farm ocean forest and add 30% perlite is a good start

water well, but really more details on your grow

than your opinion will get results..?

No I actually had a cfl in veg room get knocked over while I was at work and resting on leaf. Did have some hard water issues but that was at the beginning of these plants cycle and they only got a tiny part of the ass end. It's standard pro mix and yes I do need more amendments but I unfortunately didn't because when these were planted I was doing about 75 hrs a week at work and truely didn't have the time, but they'll do for now.

Distilled water, temps consistent around 75° 150w hps self contained and 250w MH self contained. Big bloom for veg. At 1.25 a tsp per gallon.

Deffinatly will, I'll keep this updated as well, think it would have any effect on what node I took clones from? On one of them the 4th node with two perpendicular leaf sets actually has its 5th node which also seems to have two complete perpendicular leaf sets.

Mutant #1 and Mutant #2 I've got all the plants labeled now these were taken today I'm going to try to keep a day by day with more detailed pictures once a week of nodes, structure, spacing. Plan on flipping in approximately two weeks depending on growth. Haven't decided if I should throw a net up and train the room or what but before flip clones will be taken and there growth will be noted on this thread.

So, while doing plant check today I saw something that makes this even more peculier. At a better look particularly at the fifth node on mutant #1 I saw that it doesn't actually have two perpendicular leaf sets, it actually has three leaf sets tightly on one side with 2 leaf sets on the opposing side in total equaling, you guessed it 5 total leaf sets (with shoots) at the top (currently 5th) node. On top of that is what seems to be two dominant top sets. It's hard to see in picture because its fairly new growth, I found some time to drop lights about 4 inches closer and keep temps down so I'm hoping some faster growth, there's also today's pictures of both mutants.
