Depends if you damaged the roots or not. If no damage you can flip immediately.

I did it about a week ago and it's doing great. It's better than before

I’m bouta do the same go from 3 gallon pots to 5 gallon 1-2 weeks into flower.. I would’ve done before flower but all my local hydroshops were out of stock of fabric pots Imguessin because of the grow season
