Can you reveg without grow light or in window sill?

So I heard that revegging is not worth it and can take a long time, was just wondering what if I try reveg in window sill or just around the house without grow light, Idc if it takes a very long time anyway because I wouldn't need more weed for few months.

Yeah it can be done. If there's lights inside and stuff that are on during night time hours it'll also help it out. I kicked a plant over into reveg recently blasting it with a HPS 24/7. Took about 2 weeks for new branch growth to poke out. It was still throwing the little single bladed leaves out as well. Tossed it under a T5 rig and it was throwing out full growth in places a week after. Still had scraggly leaves here and there. And now it has crazy branches growing out of all the old nodes. I lucked up with that one. It's sisters got chucked out because they weren't anywhere near as fast as that particular plant. On top of that it was the one I wanted to keep. So just shy of a month to get her going again. With her bushy new growth then hell yeah it was worth revegging. It'll work in a window. Did for me anyways a few years ago. Your results may vary depending on your plant but if its just in a window sitting and you're not having to mess with it too much then I say it'd be worth a try. I suggest sticking a lamp beside it to leave on during night time hours. My window reveg was sitting by a computer desk so it was never totally in the dark.
Are you going to throw it outside after or run it indoors?

That's not too bad considering seeds take longer than that to grow.

Revegging is not difficult if you are growing in soil- only takes about 2-3 weeks of 18/6 to transition plants back to veg phase which is indeed much faster than starting a new seed. Growth is usually kinda wierd looking at first- be sure to cut off all the bud if you can. Any bud left on during transition back to veg will grow back much larger. Sticky and overly mature trichs can invite mold if left wet; just snip em all off to avoid this. You can allow the plant to get big enough to flower out again if you are patient but an even better idea might be to take a bunch of clones & keep her as a mother for awhile- that is if you have the space.

I tried a re-veg with a hempy, did not do well as it developed some ugly root rot, which is so unlikely for a hempy

well the plant itself was mainlined for 8 colas. The only thing left were the bottom nugs on each cola. All 8 of those shot several branches. Or new tops out of each budsite. There's dozens going strong. It's being spread under plastic fencing now in a scrog outdoors. I did all that out of boredom. The upside is it has until mid to late august to get as big as possible. Already established rootmass. It was in a 3.5 gallon smartpot before. I didn't even bother trimming hte rootmass. It was damn well worth it though for that plant. If you have smoke to last you a while then go for it. How much is left on your plant? I'm assuming you're stateside. The days are getting shorter now. You might want to consider at a lamp to help kick it back over.

Wgen i get a new batch oflf seeds i usually grow out 40 12/12 from seed. See what i kike best, reveg and keep them as moms. Irlt works great. Maje sure yiu dont water before chop, there not s much foliage obviously to transpire, trimmung roots can help, the pressure otherwise will cause guttiation (sp?) Lol

the plant i have as my avatar is a reveg i'll pop a couple pics up,it budded way too erly and i didn't like the look of it so i just threw her into 24/7 under cfls, didn't even let her finish.. did not cut one bud off and she is gorgeous now definitely worth it but you'll have to transplant somewhere down the line to give her the fresh new food filled soil she's gonna need, i kept nutrients to a minimum til she got about a foot tall
