Can You Over-Spray-Mist?

My plants is 21 days old todat.
I started 5 days ago misting once in the morning and once at night. And I got to thinking thats not to much is it?

Yeh,unless theres a little bit of ferts. in the spray.The only time I mist is when I water them,also in the morning when there flowering.

There is no reason to mist your plants, your just waisting time

misting your leaves with plain water will leach out the nitrogen stored in them. foliar feeding with certain nutrients and additives is very beneficial, it is the most efficient way to deliver nutrients quickly to every part of the plant. but it should not be done everyday. I do mine once a week.
