Can you Move A Plant Thats growing outside Indoors?

I was wondering if you can move a plant thats growing outdoors indoors, cause my plants are about a month old and are 9 inches tall, i got some nosy neighbors so i was hoping to move them in my grow box.. can you do it, or will it affect the plant?

Right Now:
13hrs Sunlight
11hrs Dark

If Moved:
20 hrs Cfl
4 Dark
CFL's 5 27watt 5,000k
Emergency Blanket Covering Box
120mm Intake Fan
90mm Exhaust Fan

You can do it, but your plant's growth is gonna slow waaaay down. Going from nice natural bright sunlight, to artificial weak light. Don't get me wrong, nothing wrong with CFL I use 'em myself. Just might put your plant into shock for a little bit and you wont see as fast of growth the rest of the grow.

should be fine but growth will dramatically slow down. CFLs suck in late veg. CFLs really suck for flower. they are pretty much only good for seedlings/clones, really short plants, or supplemental lighting. CFLs are dramatically slower. its no comparison to the HPS. so many more watts per lumen and way better light penetration. heat can be combated with cool tubes and a strong exhaust system. you will get enough dope to pay the electric bill.

Disagree on CFL's sucking, they have their place and purpose and one can be very successful with them.

i think ill just move the neighbors inside and keep the plant inside hahaha....
What if i move them under 2 110 watt T5 tubes?
