Could it possibly be a magnesium deficiency? signs seem to be the same or closer to this than other plant problem listed on here that i found.

Mg defs are rare in soil based grows, most feeds contain the basic trace amounts required to sustain the plants. To be fair if its only on the leaves at the bottom of the plant I wouldn't worry about it anyway. I'm going out on a limb here, but if they're under the canopy and not getting much light it maybe affecting their ability to produce chlorophyll?

If it starts spreading up through the canopy then you know you got a problem with nutes or elements.

not necessarily, plants have different genetics through the strains and some may be less tolerant than others to nutrients. They may also demand more. Did you see this before?

This plant is a clone and all the other clones are doing well no worries at all.

I did see that link before. thats where i came up with the mag def. The pictures on there are kinda tuff to work with but to me it looks like a mag def.

I'd say calcium/magnesium problem. Get some cal-mag and feed them about 4ml per gal and it should take care of the problem. Make sure your PH is at 6.5 too. When your PH is off, ca & mg are the first nutrients effected.

I have been maintaining my ph at a steady 6.5 for a few weeks now, but my runoff ph always comes out at 5.2
