Can you ID these BUGS for me?

I found these floating in the nutes during flooding. Don't seem to actually be on the plants themselves that I can readily see. In flowering tent with six plants six weeks along and 4 plants two weeks along. Just going to start four more (three different rezs). Don't seem them in Veg or Moms tents...yet.
ID and course of action would be greatly appreciated.

Not sure why you assumed I didn't do any investigating. Posting was last resort. Tried texts, online, other grower friends, other grow sites, etc. Googled as many variations of appropriate search terms as I could think of but its hard to Google an image if you don't know the name of what you are looking for.

On the other hand, your suggestion about root aphids (not mentioned as a possibility anywhere else I looked) might be right on...in which case I appear to be fucked. Not sure why you couldn't have just made that helpful suggestion and skipped the gratuitous and unwarranted crack.

Will take off work early to try to get to a couple of hydro shops to see what I might be able to do, but a quick look online at lunch doesn't look good.

My wife took the picture by a couple of our local Hydro shops...immediately identified as root aphids (good call xochilives). As I'm only dealing with a small number of plants Azamax was recommended. Immerse the plants/pots (in my case hydroton in 4" plastic pots). Repeat every three days. Didn't say how many cycles, but I would guess until there is no evidence of them. I also have a veg tent and a Moms tent (12 more plants). May just try to finish off the 6 girls who are already six weeks into flower and trash everything else. Then teardown, sterilize, etc. Its taken me the better part of a year to get a nice system where I'm harvesting 3-6 plants every three weeks. Oh well.

aphids were the first on the list, lol
Indeed, but there are some 30 different types of aphids and root aphids weren't mentioned by Grizzly, just your standard "above ground" aphids that have a way different appearance. Been there, know what to look for. Thought it would be best to know as exactly as possible which specific beastie I'm dealing with.
As it appears to be root aphids some consensus on these boards seems to be Azamax and BotaniGard/Mycotrol O drenching for the flowering girls and adding Bayer Fruit, Citrus & Vegetable Insect Control (Imidacloprid) to the Veg and Moms reservoirs as a prophylactic. But then somebody else chimes in and says "you're an idiot, lol, what you should do is......"
When you start looking around for useful information its weird how many of these threads (on almost every board) break down into bickering and point scoring--making it even harder to get helpful information.
Hopping down off the soapbox its time to go annihilate some bugs!
