Can you comment on these 10 day saplings and advise what to do?

These broke soil 10 days ago. This is my first test grow.

The one at the front was growing significantly every day, but this morning there was less noticable growth and the leaves are drooping down more than normal. They used to be fairly flat.
The pot is too big, so rather than drench all the soil, i've been dripping water around the stem every day or so. But not very much so I do wonder if it is too dry or too wet. The solid around the stem seems quite hard and moisture doesn't sink fast, but the soil around edge of the pot is bone dry. I don't think the moisture is draining well, so not sure what to do to figure it out. I haven't given any nutrients except a tiny tiny bit of tomato feed at day 7, due to the little starter leaves still being present.

The second plant at the back is much smaller. The pot fell over on day 3 and the seedling fell out the soil completely and growth has been very stunted. I don't have access to any weed at the moment so thought, what the heck, I thought I would try this one on a 12/12 light schedule straight away, to see if I can get a couple of quick grams to tide me over. Is this even possible? I'm not sure. Either way, it's looking a bit sad. The middle bits of the plant are looking a bit yellow. Should I just put it back on the 20/4 schedule with the other one?

So any thoughts how to save these two? Or should i just leave them alone for a few days.

I know I should have used perlite and stuff, but this was my first test grow and probably too late for that now?

Going to be honest,
Was reading this and thinking; oh these are going to look bad.. oh how big is the pot I'm wondering lol and I get to the pics..

You're doing fine Hun.
The pots are a bit bigger than I would used for the first few weeks (I use a solo cup or smaller) to get a root base going.

You will have a root base but you do have to be careful with watering a smaller plant in a bigger pot.

You're taking the right precautions and that's all you can do.

What I'd suggest is first, lift the pot. If it feels like a feather then water. You have a bit of extra soil ATM so it's good to let them dry out a bit, roots like that after an over water lol

Second, not too late for a soil change! I'd suggest for a first time grower to use pro-mix. It's a soiless mix for tomatoes and works wonders. It's mostly peat moss and perlite. You can repot into something smaller after the soil drys out or, wait her out until she becomes rooted and transplant her into a same side or slightly bigger pot with a good soil or soiless mix. :)

You're on the right track.!

This was one of my first grows I started inside for the outdoors at day 13
