Can someone tell me whats wrong with my T5?

So i have a Quantum badboy 4' 6 bulb fixture, the problem is i cannot get the inner two bulbs to stay on. When i flip the on switch they both come on for around 3-4 seconds then shut off. Ive replaced the bulbs hoping that was it but nothing. Im goin through shit with the ebay distributor but if its something i can fix like a faulty ballast i will buy a replacement ballast i just didnt know if anyone knows that is for sure the problem.

Take it or send it back and get a new one or have them send you a new ballast.

Psh open a claim with Ebay and send it back...Ebay is full of shotty Chinese grow equipment..I stick to Amazon for good products and still get a good deal

Sounds like the wiring to the ballast may be bad. If the ballast was bad none of the bulbs would work. I've changed out dozens of them; piece of cake. Just check the wiring. Unplug first.

Well they sent me new bulbs which wasn't the problem in the first place but the company doesn't have anymore of the quantums. So all I can really do is ship it back for a refund, me paying shipping when a new ballast is less than $20 Ive installed them before and they aren't hard. for the time being I moved and fastened some of the wires on that ballast and it seems to have fixed it for now. im just gonna see if I can get a $20 refund to pay for a new ballast. im thinking its a short in one of the connections somewhere.
