^^^ there is the only answer. It is just not possible to obtain an MMJ card in a non legal MMJ state. Even if you set up false residency in an MMJ state the card would do you no good anywhere else. FAIL.

Nice Avatar.
Thanks bro, I have seen a lot of your posts on legalization issues. I am not in a legal state but I really enjoy reading some of them. It kinda bugs me that the replies are not more numerous and thoughtful from those who live in the lucky states. I guess even though it is a huge thing to be in a legal state, I guess everything can get taken for granted after awhile. I for one would be happier than a fungus gnat in a root rotted plant to live in a legal state.

I've done a litle research and there are a couple of states that dont require res. AZ, and oregon are two. Also check out the oregon health athority , app form.,I quote" until this application has been approved or denied by the oregon medical marijuana program,a copy of these materials(along with proof of mailing or transmission) shall have the same legal effect as a registration card. ORS 475.309(9) The pieces start to come together:-?

nice, 8gage. but it's harder to get an oregon rec, from what I've been told. also, which states recognize out of state cards? what you need to do is start talking with your local physicians, and see if one of them is even willing to discuss it. I did that at a University hospital in arkansas, the doctor was not willing to put it in writing but he saw the promise and knew it would help - he just couldn't bring himself to write it out at the time. Maybe after November, if they make the ballot!
