Can someone help me with this?

I posted about a week ago about a seedling that seemed to be struggling. I was advised to cut out all nutrients and have been using only PHed water since. In the first pic you can see that the one on the left doesn't look very healthy. In the second pic the unhealthy looking one has surpassed the first and although the tips are toasted the new growth looks very healthy. The one that looked healthy in the first pic, the growth now seems stunted. I'm growing Super Silver Haze in coco coir under CFLs and have kept my water at a consistent PH of 6.3 The first pic was at 6 days and the second at day 15 and although the growth looks healthy on one it doesn't look nearly as vigorous as a pic I saw posted at day 12. What should I be doing here? BTW the plants have switched sides in the opposing pics. weed4 - Copy.jpg weed5 - Copy.jpg

All you can do at this point is hang in there and hope. By the way - your ph should be around 5.8 in coco.

NO NUTES ON SEEDLINGS. You are barely past the starter leaves! Do yourself a huge favor and buy a book or start reading here. I'd suggest the book because if you've fed those plants any food you won't even know where to start.

I added some nutrients on the second watering at the advise of a tutorial I'm following on growweadeasy.com. I cut them out after that and this is where I'm at now. It seems they should have grown larger by now but I'd feel better if the one lagging looked more like the other one. I'll see how they look in another week but other than that one mistake, everything else should have gone right.

This is why they suggest a soiless medium for beginners. You should not be adding nutrients this early. If that is day 15 I hate to be the one to tell you but they are both stunted from nute block and they're not likely to come back. Next time use promix and don't feed them until there on their second set of leaves and in 1 gallon pots.

Either you're not reading right or TOSS that tutorial!

Well lesson learned. I have 2 more seeds and am considering starting over but didn't want to end up with 4 plants in veg at once.
Why wouldn't you want to end up with 4 plants in veg that's perfect for a 600w light. Let me save you some time bro. No offense but fuck that bag seed buy from a professional seed bank. Try this out; Dakini Kush from centennial seeds, you can get them from seaofseeds.com or marijuana-seeds-canada.com. it's very easy to grow, hard to kill really, it thrives with just basic nutes veg and bloom. It's a very heavy indica you won't be disappointed.

I'm growing with cfls in a closet. The seeds are supposedly quality Super Silver Haze from Zamnesia. I only anticipated growing 2 plants at a time being that I'm really not a big smoker. The tutorial itself didn't recommend nutes at the beginning but they had a copy of their watering schedule that I dled and I can't see how I'm reading it wrong. I uploaded the pdf and this is the tutorial http://www.growweedeasy.com/cfl-coco-coir.
It seems like a really reputable site so please tell me I'm reading the schedule wrong somehow.

I'm not reading a tutorial because I've done my reading and learning. I did a lot of it before I bought a seed or the T5 to start them on their way. I spent a year reading and deciding what would be best for me. But I will guess where the most logical mix up would be. You're probably totally skipping the seedling phase. My guess is you're looking at week 1 veg and thinking that's the same as the first week the seed breaks ground. No seedling needs a thing other than TLC for the 1st 2-3 weeks PERIOD. THEN the veg period begins. No matter how you plan on growing this is one of the few facts that is true for any style of grow no matter lights, medium, temps or anything else you might think of.

That makes sense, it just seems misleading and I would think that should be stated. The pdf is simply a watering schedule. It says week 0 before sprout and then goes on to week 1 with a nutrient schedule. It's become pretty apparent that nutrients are off limits before it's developed into a healthy plant only thanks to the people here. I'm germinating my second set of seeds and I'll try try again. For me this isn't so much about wanting free weed but about a fun project with a fun payoff. Thanks to all of you and I'll keep reading your words of wisdom.

BINGO. YOU NEED A BOOK. ALL A NUTRIENT CHART IS MADE TO DO IS SELL YOU MORE SHIT. Read marijuana growers insiders guide by Mel frank. Buy it used online. It's EASY reading and covers the basics. Here's another clue on those charts especially true in early veg cut the dose by at least half and slowly work up. Those charts are a ROUGH guide and I mean rough. You also don't start using bloom nutes the day you flip your lights to 12/12. But they don't tell you that either. You need a guide to GROWING not feeding.:bigjoint::bigjoint::bigjoint:
