Can Someone help me pinpoint the cause of my leaf issues

I transplanted these clones 8 days ago into soil amended with worm castings, mykos, little bat guano, and a little blood meal.

I am running 1000watt MH 2 feet above the tops. I used filtered light first 2 days to reduce light intensity.

My temp averages 80-82 degrees and RH 30% during day. 75 degrees and RH 45% during night.

I have plenty of air flow.

I have watered twice with plain water. First time was tap water at 450ppm (500 scale). Second watering was with plain RO water at 0 PPM (500 scale).

I have 3 shots of 3 different leaves. I need help pinpointing the cause of my leaf issues...

I am watering today or tomorrow... so I look forward to any advice I can get before that. Keep tokin
