Can Someone Clear Up Some Legality Questions? Donations For Clones Transactions?

So as I am putting my check in the envelope I will be sending to Lansing tomorrow to get legal a thought had crossed my mind. What are the legalities of caregivers that take donations for clones to be given to other mmmp caregivers or patients growing their own. I would like to at some point maybe offer clones for cheaper donations then most others but I can't find a clear black and white definition on how this works. I was also wondering would the fact that I'm caregiving just for myself does that effect any of these transactions?

"Donations" is still selling IMO. If the clones were free and someone wanted to donate that is one thing but since a donation amounts are a set price, you could probably end up in some trouble if caught. Being a caregiver for yourself, you have a small maximum plant limit. It woud be very hard to make clones for other people and still be following the laws. A rooted clone is a plant but I believe you could have as many cuttings as you wanted.

Well the question is though regardless of my plant limit just in a general world is the transfer of clones to other caregivers legal? I was never planning to reach past plant limits but I will not be growing more then 6 plants at once so I have some wiggle room. I just figured 4-5 clones would be just a little bit to offset some small purchases for my grow. The question popped into my head when I ran into a website that had listings for clones in Michigan.

Yes you may offer clones to pts for prices, you prices are based on your services you provide.

no matter your price, they are not paying for a plant, they are paying for your service as a grower.
