Personally, I use regular soil myself. Also I have always grown from seed. That being said I have never used rockwool at all. I see no real purpose for it except for cloning and to attract fungus gnats. By the looks and description of your set up, you have things under control. So whatever you did on your current grow, if it works why fix it?

Good Luck and Great Growing

They do look healthy in the pics. As for how long you should veg, that is up to you my friend. There are a few things to consider, how tall you want them to be when done, how much soil you have them in, what your feeding/flushing schedule is. Bottom line, this is your grow. Anyone can offer you their opinion on your grow. Take "advice" with a grain of salt and don't believe everything you read. Take some time and do some research and make your decision based on what you learn. Most of all, Have FUN!

They look healthy and well mate. A little early to show if male or not yet. You could change the light cycle now if you wanted and this would show sex within a week or to. Are you growing in coco ?

Things look good, just dont over love it. I add small doses of silica and calmag (1/4 to 1/2 strength) with each nutrient watering at this stage. No science to it, just add to your grow nutrients. As for pesticide I use neem oil by spraying or misting foilage weekly as a preventative. You want to make sure she is insect free when you stop the neem oil and move into flower.
