Oh and the reason I recommend ed clones specifically is with different strains come different growth patterns, different nutrient needs, and different uptake rates. You could cause a problem for one plant by fixing a deficiency for another.one could cripple in stretch while the others double shading them and stunting growth. One could like a high ppm and another could like it low. U never know with different strains. H ell even different phenos of the same strain could have different needs. Its possible to have a 6'5 brother and a 5'6 brother from the same parents

Umm have u taken ph readings? ( you can get a digital meter from eBay for ~$10 which will save a lot of head aches). What happens is different municipalities have different standards as to what is considered "drinkable". So small amounts of algae and or other bacterium get through, this is also why you should use dark colored tubing as well , but the light shines through allowing them to photosynthesize and they raise the ph with byproducts.
Yes the ph is good in the water

Theoretically, you can. The liquid nutrients are good for any hydroponic system. And your system still works. But you will run into some issues like the clog in the system (because of the organic form of your nutrients), and the nutrients made for soils are not as effective as hydroponic-made nutes.

My well water is iron water what should i do about that or will it hurt anything
Your plants need iron so small amounts will actually help them. Iron is one of the first things to lock-out when your PH gets too high so usually any iron based issues usually have to do with iron deficiencies.
