The title says it all, can somebody more knowledgeable, please let me know?
Nope, it is a bit of a grey area, but no, patients are not allowed to extract their own bho.
Are we allowed to make our own butter?
There is nothing in the laws that says a patient can't produce their own concentrates as far as I know. That includes BHO and butter. I would think it to be a good idea to have a PPL if your going to produce your own concentrates though. As long as your not giving/selling it to other patients or people I think your fine.
Its a bit of a read but most of the info about what we can and can't do is here
Thank you sparehead. I have been looking for this information. And yes, I do have my ppl license as well. They mailed me my patient card and ppl license at the same time but little information is included.
You are 100% wrong! I called the New Mexico Department of Health and patients with a ppl (personal production license) are legally allowed to manufacture their own concentrates. I do appreciate you responding to this post however, please know what you are talking about before you respond. You are doing more harm than good by responding with your personal opinion rather than a factual statement.
like my concentrates
Yeah man its crazy how in the shadows the powers that be want everything in this state. It goes all the way across the board too from the producers to the doctors to the patients. The state wants us to be confused wondering around in the dark
Thank you for the polite and firm correction. I was under a false assumption. Although it is still my opinion that average people should not be working with solvents in the typical way bho is made.
