Can i spray serenade directly on bud

I am growing indoors DWC under 600W HPS. My plant is Shoreline. I am about 4 weeks into flowering and everything is looking great.....so far. Anyway, I always seem to get a little bud rot and was considering using serenade as preventative maintenance. My question is, can I spray the stuff directly on buds before signs of rot, or do I need to avoid spraying buds and focus more on leaves and stems? Its getting to be winter time soon so the humidity levels will be dropping considerably which should help. A dehumidifier is out of the question. Thanks for the help!

I have learned about bud rot. Do you know what product I am talking about? It prevents rot but I am trying to find out if there is any adverse effects to spraying it on the bud itself.

It starts at the stem at the calyxes so bend your bud over and spray in there. Its a safe food grade product wont hurt your buds. I use Green Cure, but Serenade is just as good

How about learn about bud rot...spraying a bud to prevent bud rot...you see where it's going?
It's a biofungicide. It can actually prevent budrot.
I would choose greencure or actinovate over serenade though. Serenade looks and smells like it would leave a funky taste behind if sprayed too late in flower.
With that said, we've sprayed monster outdoor plants with serenade, quite a few years back to help with the PM. Worked great, and DID NOT get budrot. Again, I would choose greencure or actinovate over the serenade nowadays though;-)

Is greencure something I can use as a preventative or do I need to wait till I see the rot then treat it? I remember one reading one of the two causes the pistils to burn and decreases trichome production?

I have used Serenade into week 6 - 7 of a 8 week strain . I thought it was an OMRI product . It does smell like a weird chocolate milk mixed with elmers glue ... hahahaha it works , not gnarly chemo .

It is never advised to spray ANYTHING on the buds, especially if you are close to harvest. Why? Think about it, buds can't detoxify themselves of the chimical things you spray them with therefore when you will smoke those buds you will pretty much smoke all the chemicals you have been spraying them with. Never spray your buds with anything, no nutrients, no anti-fungus or anti parasites, all those should be feed to it from soil. You can ONLY spray your plant and foliar feed it in the VEGETATIVE STATE. You will ruin your buds if you do anything like that in the flowering stage. Peace.

PS: If you have a bud rot problem, hit me up with a PM, il help you out to fix it.
