it's early to tell for certain - especially in a photo on the web
look very closely at the base of that growth
if it appears to be slightly raised on sort of a stem, it's most likely male
beyond that, give it a few days and it'll show you much more plainly
also - that's between the calyx and the petiole
this is a great site - beware the trolls
take a clone - put it under 12/12 - don't even wait for it to root
that'll show you a definitive sex of the plant
edit - if you look straight down at the very top of the plant, a female will look like a tiny closed rosebud - a male will look like a diamond surrounded by 4 balls or points(if you take the cutting this will become MUCH easier to see)
