Hey guys, sorry if this topic has been opened before. I'm setting up a new flowering room and the only solid thing to mount my ballast against would be the plywood on the walls. I'm using a 600w digital lumatek ballast, would this be ok? I know magnetic ballasts get hot, but are the digital ones safe against wood? If not, the only thing I really have is a sheet of aluminum that I could put between the two surfaces or I could just sit it on a concrete block on the floor. I want to keep it as high and dry as possible so I was going to mount it close to the ceiling. Any info would be appreciated.
