Is this a serious question. Lol no you cannot grow weed at your workplace unless your woekplace is your own home.I live in Canada. Can I grow a plant at work?
I've been out of the industry for a few years. I don't know the current rules. Don't want to pay lawyer just to ask him one question. Is this a serious question. Lol no you cannot grow weed at your workplace unless your woekplace is your own home.
It has to be a household (ie. a dwelling). If you don't own the dwelling, you must get permission from your landlord. Although I'm not a lawyer, I highly doubt that your workplace wouldn't count. First, it's not a dwelling. Second, it wouldn't be your grow, it would be that of whomever holds the lease to the property.I've been out of the industry for a few years. Why not just grow at home?
Even the owner of the building can't legally grow there if its xonsidered a placw of business unfortunately lolJust wanted a plant growing in the building. Looks cool.
You could do a grow at home, set up a camera, and stream your grow room onto an 80" monitor on the wall at your workplace. You'll have the visual of plants, remain legal, *and* be able to monitor your grow while at workJust wanted a plant growing in the building. Looks cool.
