Can I grow in CA with a Medical Card?

Hello-

I live in CA and suffer from MS. I have a medical marijuana card and I'm wondering if I can grow a single plant for my own personal use. I would also be growing from my rental unit.

Thanks

Yes you can. I live in ca and have 12 plants right now. There are some precautions to take. One is call your countys health department and find out the legal limit in your county. Wich I know is more than one plant. Then take a copy of your canibis lic. And frame it and put it right next to your plants or in the room on the wall where your plants are. The reason I can grow 12 is only because it's for both my wife and I. We both have our lic on the wall and we are even two plants under the legal limit. Just be safe and legal. We live directly across the street from the police department and have reported our grow. Now they protect us. We love it;-)
