Can I Give Away Seeds For A Contest Prize?

So i will soon have completed my LR2 seed run and will have more seeds then i will use myself in the next few year or 2.

I thought that as hard of a time as some people have in getting seeds, Maybe i could have a contest and give some away?

I was thinking like a show me your spot contest, like pics of outdoor spots, whoever has the best spot would win, That way i could just run the contest for a week or 2 and the winner/s would have the seeds in time to plant them this year. But this will not start till i find out if it's against the rules. Sounds interesting no?

But i don't wanna cause some huge commotion and make the sky fall down on me for breaking some RIU rule. I have already been warned in the past that is is against RIU rules to "Buy, Sell or Trade Seeds" But it doesn't seem to me like i would be breaking those rules if i had a contest and gave them away.

Anybody have any input

Well we shall see, I'm sure we will get the opinion of a mod soon.

And if that idea gets shut down, what about giving away a "personalized greeting card" i can have a contest where you win a "personalized greeting card" can't i?

Well i'll give it a little more time as the seeds aren't ready yet and i will not offer a prize i don't have in hand. But nobody has shut the idea down yet so it seems like you can expect to see the contest up in a couple weeks.

And maybe the mods want some to, tell ya what first mod that tells me my contest is a go gets a bonus. I got Lr2, LR2xBc Mango and LR2 X (Bc Mango X Big Bud) seeds. Just let me know what you want and i will have them to you as soon as they are done and dried.

Hell, I'm in. Although what I'd REALLY like, at the moment, is to get some comprehensive breeding knowledge since I'm getting some strains that I want to keep pure.
