can i get in trouble for ordering seeds online?

I wouldnt worry about the seeds its your grow youd have to worry about anyway ive ordered from http://www.worldwide-marijuana-seeds.com/ and a buddy of mine has ordered from attitude both came quickly with no problems if you were to get caught or whatever I dont even know how much of a punishment they can give you for just seeds I mean marijuana itself under a certain amount is a misdemeanor so idk wth they would do for just some seeds
