Can I flush and xplan the same day?

can I flush my one gal coco pots and up pot them to 3 gal pots the same day?

Or

Should I flush them and then xplant in a few days?

transplanting with wet media is a nightmare let it dry for at least 12 hours.

Repot and flush with your normal feed Nutrients
