Can feminized PPP be grown outdoors???

I just wanted to see if anyone had any experience in growing PPP outdoors. Nirvana sells the feminized variety of PPP, but their web site says that it's best suited for indoor growing. I absolutely love this strain, and would love to put it in my outdoor medical garden next year, but haven't been able to get very much information on how well it performs outdoors if at all, and if it is possible to grow outdoors, what kind of climate would be required? I'd really like to see these plants in next seasons garden, so any help or pointers on other outdoor strains that do well in MO will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

i bought the dutch passion pure power plant a few years back,it was my fist grow and the
guy in the head shop where i got them from who is a well respected grower advised me to
get the ppp and skunk#11 because they are both very forgiving,so easy for a newbie. as i
was at the time.i was growing hydro at the time and with it being my first time i needed a
easy to handle and forgiving plant.the guy at the head shop was growing the ppp and
purple#1 outside and had done for a few years.by the way this is in the northwest of england uk.
so if your in the u.s. or canada you should be fine
