Harbor Freight Tools if you live here in the States.
Agreed, and Harbor Freight has them on sale now.. 19.29 (normally 29.95) for the Cen-Tech one that's +/- .02g .. so 1/50th of 1g variance isn't bad for a 20 dollar digital scale. Reviews look good on it too.. http://www.harborfreight.com/digital-scale-95364.html Another thing I like about Harbor Freight.. anything you buy from there is guaranteed lowest price for same model anywhere, even if it's an advertised special type sale in another store.. they will beat the price and refund the difference if it's within 1 year of your purchase.

I've had a $12 scale for three years but it's +- .01. I care more about how big the surface area is for the scale itself, and if it takes normal batteries(AAA,AA). Those things break really easy so I look for cheap!

I think most of the scale providers that selling their products on amazon are trusted and you can easily get a good scale at reasonable price at amazon. I also bought mine from there and getting accurate measurement with that scales.
