can any one identify this white spots

i am a beginner and i have no idea what does these white little patches telling me is it deficiency or some kind of bugs? can anyone please tell
any help will be appreciated

Looks like mite damage....have you looked under the leaves with magnification?

i dont have magnification glass and cant even buy currently everything is closed outside
