can a very quick auto flower be cloned?

due to location can a auto flower be cloned and is there a quality auto that 65 days max start to finish and can they take the odd night at 5c to 7c

The clone retains the characteristics of the parent including the same time clock so, if the parent is finished in 65 days the clone will finish at the same time as the parent. In other words, you will wind up with a dwarf bud.
Autos can take cold nights, 5c is still above freezing so there's no problem. They can even take the occasional freeze, they just won't get as big since cold weather will slow any plants growth.
