My questions is are they ready to be transplanted to 5 gallon pots then switch to 12/12.

Yes they are

They look happy and healthy to me. They would easily transplant, but that question has more to do with how much they are going to stretch and how much headroom you have.

I have about 7 feet of headroom. The seed company described them as an average height plant. I'm going to use Fox Farm Ocean Forest soil and Tiger bloom nute to flower. Thanks for the replies!

I grow this strain and it depends on how big you want, but you could definitely move em and go 12/12

How good was the final product. Do they really smell like oranges?
