I live in nor.cal. about an hour from SF and will be planting outside under a visqueen tent as soon as theres a decent break in the rain, we got almost 7" of rain last week. My plants are between 12-20" tall veged for like amonth under t5's. going to load 2 in each half of a wine barrel like 20-25g with happy frog and perlite mix a lot of perlite like 50/50 fro drainage. Hope my fuckin boxer pup dont try to eat 'em LOL try to harvest around april

Mr Duke,

that should work as long as you can keep the rain and wind from hurting you. I'm doing the same in smaller pots since i know it will be a smaller yeild. I think I will do a total of five in pots for a April harvest.

Two have been put in pots we will see how they turn out then we will put three more in pots next week we should get a break in the rain. Still have to make my soil for the summer will let it sit all of Feb. turning weekly. Then end of March start doing some experiments with different clones in my arsenal.

My old yard was bigger. Here I dont think I have somewhere good to put them that they wont get light at night. Especially cus I dont have much other garden plants yet. I put a clone out about 10 days ago and still no sign of flowering. Thought I had it in a good spot too. Think Im gonna have to cover them at night with a box. Sux on days off to have to get up at 6am to uncover. I migght not fall bacvk asleep.

Okay for the summer pots outside going to go with the following mixture after it sits for a month. It will contain the following .6cu ft Black Gold organic potting soil, wormcastings, blood meal, bone meal, kelp meal, green sand , vermiculite, pearlite, bat guano, chicken manure, dolomite, alfafa, sulfur, rock phosphate. I will try and keep track of the mix amounts to report back later after it has been mixed. I want this mix to be one that I can water only. all comments welcome on this mix good or bad.

Thanks

Not sure of your weather but try and let us know the results. I will be putting some out in a soil mix that I will be feeding chemicals then I have one some that will be given PBP. The mix plants will go out the following month.

people always say you cant grow in the winter... then why do they do it in hawaii... you just need mild temps and at least 5 hours of sun on an average of 3 days a week. From experience ive grown small plants starting them late november and finished them by mid jan. the yield was very low and theres not a whole lot of bud more leaf than anything but you can get it frosted up real good with thc. if your plants stay protected or you bring them in a shed, garage, or inside at night you shouldnt have a problem with frost. Most of the plants i have started in january or early february went str8 into flowering and finished by late april. Theres always those ones that dont want to go into full flowering and persist to go back into vegging. Those are the plants if grown all summer and finished in september or october will be truely monster bud plants producing up to 5 lbs averaging 2lbs easily. Some plants just want to finish early though and will finish late august usually. So you never know, its just based on conditions really, It also could all be in genetics as well. Marijuana is very hardy and will take well to almost any condition just not freezing. Keep those babies warm and lit up and i think you should be fine.

Not sure but I have two outside now and we will see if they start to flower in the next two weeks. I will be putting a couple more out next week also that way we will have something to compare the ones going out are between 16 and 24 inches tall at this time. They will go in a Sunland mix I saw at Orchard's. We will use water and PBP for them.

Ill give it a shot with 6 northern lights afew white widows and some bag seeds. the best part about this would be any of them that turn out to be males I can kill em and put my sativas in the holes so the indicas already have a head start on growing and wont have to compete as much with my sativa(s).

I cant wait and if I can get a qp from 12 plants like this ill love you.

Sound great keep us informed of your results I have changed the soil I used Black Gold for them instead of the Sunland mix. I put Kananga out and a SD. I will be putting two more out of the SD in a different mix they are about two feet.
