she started off flowering smelling almost like candied lemons with a funkyness, not as much candy more funk now but that lemon still is in the front of the smell.

I'm jealous lol. . .What week in flower is the CHEMDAWG? And how it compares to the OG?
Only about 21 days from sprout, still got some veg time till fllower time, so go ahead hit the subscribe button and sit back relax and enjoy the show. I'm planning weekly updates throughout this grow.

It is outdoor, I'll take clones to veg and keep genetics available for a future indoor project latter this year.

Weekly update, tahoe chopped about two weeks early by my best guess, no fade and she was starting to bulk up and she dried too fast due to my environment. Got about a zip of very mediocre bud, but it was totally my fault it had potential and I figured a few things out for next time, oh well we all have done it, I just have to do a better job next time. Now on to the Chem91, they got transplanted last week into 1g's and they are doing nicely and are staring to get over the transplant and got a little new growth starting. I'll get some pics up soon, they all look nice and like they be enjoying the new digs.

Got pics comming soon, omg it is hot! Just transplanted a few girls and they look good. One Chem is bigger than the other two but might be cause of Shadows and how the big one gets a tad more direct light. I'll try to get pics up tonight.

Those are looking great!

hey there is a lot of talk in this thread about soil that comes with gnats. question for you gnat experts. Sunshine advanced mix #4 got gnats? i bought a bag of roots at one point. i bought, brought home, opened, read online about gnats, RAN OUTSIDE TO THROW IT AWAY, could this of caused some gnats to hide in a corner somewhere and spread from there? man i cussed out the growshop guy lol

and question 2. are gnats really that big of a deal? i top dress with rainbow mix with myco in it and it grows fungus right on the top of my plants and it seems this is where the gnats concentrate the lions share of their effort. big deal or more of an annoyance to look at?

2. they are a big deal if you have surface roots exposed. gnatrol is a great product to use if necessary.

ya i tend to have a root or 2 showing on top especially the big ones by the stem.

I got GoNats right now but it makes my room smell like a hamster cage. il go get some gnatrol tomorrow.

I have used gonats before and they just flew around and landed in it then flew off roaming around again lol

I stuck to FFOF it was on sale and the gnats were not too difficult to deal with and when I used a top dress of sand on the pots with the biggest issues they went away. I think no matter what kind of soil I'm gonna run into the potential of having bug of some kind, just my experience, as to sunshine, I've seen fewer instances with bugs, but that is not soil and most soilless mixes are less likely to have bugs to start with (had to deal with bugs on many occasions with a soil mix, but usually those times were environmentaly caused not out of the bag bug issues. Did a lot of transplanting and still have a few more to go. Everyone came out of it very nicely, when doing the transplant the roots looked nice and fuzzy and white. The chems are gonna get a new home in the next 2 weeks, I'm thinking 7g smartpots from their 1g's and do a bit of light supplementation once the long days start going shorter.

All 3 are looking good, starting to get going now. Of the three, one is bigger than the others and has a little bit wider leaf than the others, not a large difference but if you look you can tell, I was thinking that maybe the shadows had something to do with the growth difference, but I have other clones in the same area and have not noticed a growth difference with them like I am with the Chem.

But I still have to sex them and I'm kinda thinking the most vigorous one might turn out to be a male, I really hope not, but the males due seem to be the best looking ones pre-sex. Of the other two one is smaller but they do look pretty much the same. But they should start being something a bit more interesting to see over the next few weeks.

Huh? I popped the seeds and this turned into a journal, they are in veg I didn't have any in flower. It'll be sept/oct when I give a wrap up, come along for the ride and see what happens to the Chem.

I still need to sex them, take a few clones, figure out if there is a keeper and what one, transplant, ect.
