Cal/Mag or Rust Fungi???

So I had this problem last grow too around the same time. It started showing up about 3/4 of the way through flowering. The reason I am leaning toward rust fungus is because I have been giving them cal/mag in anticipation of this problem to no prevail, and it seems to spread out from where it started rather than in random spots. It started on my stardawg plant, and my tangie plant that is about two weeks behind the stardawg is starting to show signs. The first two pics are stardawg, third is tangie, last is a picture of the same problem from last grow. I am growing in soil, AN ph perfect 3 part, temps are around 68-72, humidity is 40-50, I use temp and humidity controllers so those are always consistent. All my intake air is filtered, there is proper ventilation and I have fans always on in my tent. I have been removing the damaged leaves hoping to stop the spreading but have given up. The leaves start by getting rust colored round spots, then the leaf will start to get random browns splotches and yellowing and eventually they just crumble when you touch them. I am about a week from cutting down my stardawg so I am just hoping it doesn't ruin too many more of the sugar leaves, or take over my tangie the way it has the stardawg. I am hoping someone can shed some insight on this issue and help me resolve this before the next girls move into the flower tent. I plan on super sterilizing my intake and my inline humidifier and the inside of my tent. Oh yeah my humidifier is also fed with the same RO water I use to water my plants. I just hope I can find out if there is something else I should do. Thanks RIU!!!!!!

How can I address this issue? I'm assuming that the ph "perfect" isn't so perfect and this is because of ph? I haven't even checked my ph in forever I will go check it

Nutrient solution is at 6.3, I won't be able to check the runoff until the morning.

Thanks guys. It really pisses me off having to adjust the ph to my "ph perfect" nutrient solution. I really hope it doesn't spread all over my tangie in the last two weeks like it did to the stardawg. My ph is now 6.5-6.6 so we will see what happens. Any good recommendations on nutrients? Thinking about dyna gro....

Dyna grow is awesome stuff.,. I'll recommend u Google a nice supersoil recipe and try it for a run., I'll bet u won't go back to synthetic grows., Its so easy and u won't run into this problems anymore I BET!! TRY IT!!

Dyna Gro is an awesome yet " EASY " 2 part nute ....

DYNAGRO GROW - veg nute
DYNAGRO BLOOM - bloom stage feed

( this the typical 2 part line ) ....

Then there is FOLIAGE PRO ... For me this is like a higher octane veg / grow nute.
It has worked great and some growers prefer it a little more than the base grow. I used this on heavier feeders ( instead of upping the Dynagro Grow amount ) i just replace my feed with this and all is well . It will green up plants .... Sometimes TOO GREEN . Less is more. I start at 2.5 ml per gallon and go from there. CHECK YOUR PH RIGHT AFTER YOU ADD THIS TO WATER - IT CAN GO RIGHT TO THE RIGHT PH WITHOUT ADJUSTING. Its some good shit.

This line requires much less in PPM requirements as with other lines , go online and look for feed schedule. I have gone a FULL grow just adding ONE small capful ( from container ) in to water when feeding , nothing else added. It is that easy.

Yeah I would def like to switch it up. I have been really interested in learning how to brew teas also but i've been so busy with work I haven't had time to sit down and learn all this important shit.
