Cal Mag issues? Am I on the right track?

I’m using an Aerogarden with a 1.1 gallon tank, with an added air stone and only 1 plant per system. Lighting is an SF2000 at 24 inches & at 90% output right now. Water temp is 68, air temp around 75, humidity between 50-60. PPM currently around 850, PH kept between 5.8 - 6.1, and I’m in the 4th week of grow from seed. The plant is a Critical Purple Autoflower. I am using GH Flora series and have been following the Aeroweed website and using the amounts instructed. Last feeding was 5 mL each of Micro, Grow, Bloom, and CalMag plus ( 2 0 0 ), per gallon of water. Immediately from seedling, I started seeing this spotting. Increased the CalMag and am now at double the dose.. (10 mL per gallon) … but the problems seem to continue. I change out the nutrient water with fresh every week. Should I just keep adding more CalMag?? Note… I switched to using Distilled Water for this grow. Is that why I’m having so much trouble maybe? Would I be better off going back to Tap water that’s sat in the sun for 24 hours?? This is my second grow ever & I had these issues with my last grow too, although it showed up mid flower & was easily fixable with a little CalMag. That was with tap water though. I’m totally new to all of this & these ugly spotted leaves are making me want to give up on Hydro, but I would much rather just figure it all out and get better at it. Any guidance would be so greatly appreciated. Thank you! Side Note, the smaller plant is a seed I started a week after the others, which I transplanted from hydro to a living soil mix. The spotting that was occurring on that one has stopped entirely.

looks like nute burn and now nute lockout. 850ppm is pretty high IMO especially for plants that size

thank you, I just noticed this response. It’s so interesting you say that because there seems to be some good improvement in the last couple of days and sure enough, PPM went down to about 600 & I’ve kept it there almost 3 days now so I think you’re exactly right….I will definitely keep an eye out & avoid going too high now. Thanks so much for your time and feedback!! :)
