Cal def? Dying plant

Ok well this plant has since died, but im just curious as to what was
wrong to try n prevent this from happening again.
Any ideas? Thought mabey calcium def.
Last three pics are leaves on the affected plant.
And First pic is both of my plants side by side before the one died.

sorry just had to see the funny side of it the one on the right looks like it caught fire and the other one is suffering from inhaling the smoke

I used miracle grow before and it worked fine. U jus have to get the right kind. Do not get the time realesed formula! thats not good marijuana needs more nutrients more often then regular plants. I used the continous release and my plant is doing fine.
