I'd do 12/12 from seed only if something happened during veg. Wouldn't want to waste a spot in the flowerroom! LOL!

ofcourse i would agree with this, but since i am trying to squeeze as many plants as possible in my hydro closet and a perpetual grow within the closet, i was kinda forced to do 12/12 from seed

12/12 From Seed” eliminates the vegetation phase. As soon as the seed sprouts through the surface it is given a light regimen of 12 hours on/12 hours off. Plants grown this way do not grow as tall as they would if given a vegetation phase. The shape of the plants is also different, losing much of their natural ‘bush’ quality. Our plants tend to be shaped like a “pole,” with the main bud formation happening along the main stem of the plant. This allows the grower to fit more plants per square foot/meter. It also makes possible gardens in spaces that growing larger, bush-like plants would be impossible. The shorter height of these plants also works in concert with the limited penetration distance that exists with any/all forms of indoor lighting.

My only advise is not to lollipop them! (cut all the lower leaves to get just a bud on top). I have seen it work but in soil and by a very experienced grower and he still got 1/4-1/2 oz per plant. When I try something new I try to do one thing at a time so I can tell which is better. Broke that rule with my E&F grow and had to ditch it mid-grow and put thesurvivors in some bp pots.

i have lollipoped before, but yah im not doing anything to them. to tell you the truth, they are growing good, but i would be surprised if they got over 3 ft. i hope they get over 2 ft, shit.

The bp system worked as a resesitator for my E&F mistakes also. Took about a week for them to get straightened up and fyling right. They looked a lot like yours.

How did that lollipopping run go for you? Just wondering because I've mostly only heard negative things. Clones look like they're hanging in there but the bottom left isn't looking so hot. Hopfully she makes it. Great work man!

i did it with one soil. i agree that you should pick the smaller buds... just not the smaller leaves. every leaf helps

guys, im wondering, should i just switch to 18/6. do you think these 2 plants are 2 late for that. i got 7 more clones and i dont want them in 12/12. plus, i have noticed slow growth. it isn't shooting up near as fast as they did my first time..

see i did 12/12 from seed because i have one plant that was flowering, but now it is getting close. i think i should just chop it early if anything.

If they were mine I'd have to wait on the one to finish. Too much time and effort involved to cut it early. But that's me. You are going to have slow growth in 12/12 from seed. My plants start out slow anyway at 24/0 some times. It's real slow until the roots hit the water.

well actually, i did the math and the one flowering has been doing so for 60 days. so i cut her down.
