If i was to get a monitor..... how could i regulate SUGAR&yeast output....... obviously i could put it in and take it out, But I waS thinking that its a gas...... could we not catch it and release slower or quicker rates or as desired?? If we were to do larger scale once a week
Do you have any idea how much C02 censors are?

I hope you got a couple grand to blow..

You know what you could do to solve this problem...spend all the money your wasting on sugar and yeast every week, and buy an electric regulator and rent a c02 bottle.

Otherwise just put the bottle in there and know there there is a little bit of extra c02...even though you will never be able to know if it really helps.

DIY c02 is great if your on a budget and are only growing 2-3 plants in a box or grow cab. But if your growing in any real numbers the DIY methods wont yield much results.

c02 burners burn propane or natural gas to produce c02.

They are NOT something you want to try and make yourself, they burn at very specific amounts to produce clean c02.

Im actually considering a water cooled c02 burner myself, they are fairly small and easy to manage when set up correctly.

Keep us updated... Ill wait till you have put it in see what you think ???!!!!
It sounds more fesable.
You look suspect filling at welding shops for your c02 all the time in AUS.. so burner would be better.....

Get a bigger bottle, less fill ups, and where dirty mechanics shirt when you fill them up for your "mig welder"

Yeah it looks kinda weird when you walk in in clean, new clothes buying pure c02

64 plants a table 4 tables ? Including clones & mothers.

Filling burner bottles???

And how do you measure the capacity .. liters ?? and how big is the big bottle that reffers to your answer?

Grow room area: 1152 cubic feet (12x12x8 )
Amount of CO2 required: 1.3824 cubic feet
On time: 82.944 minutes

At this flow rate:
If you are using a 20 pound CO2 bottle with a regulator, it will last 174.8 hours.
If you have a CO2 Generator a 5 gallon propane tank will last 540 hours.

This form will calculate how much CO2 will be needed to fill a grow room to the required level. It will also determine how long it will take to fill at the given rate.
It will not calculate how often you will need to refill the room with CO2. There is no way to calculate how much the plants will use or how much leaks out! Usually you would want to refill just after an exhaust cycle or every 3 hours.
*The air already has about 300 PPM so you only need to add 1200 PPM more to get the optimum level of 1500 PPM.
Enter the grow room length in feet FeetEnter the grow room width in feet FeetEnter the grow room height in feet FeetCO2 to add in PPM
(Parts Per Million) PPM*

so by this.......... burner is more efficent by a long shot?!
So whats costs?
I assume it BBQ propane or similar?
So optimum air change is 1once every 60 secs..... I assume again that I will ahve to slow down air exchange if not stop all together "sealed room concept"??
