I have read that using C02 for to long during flowering could lower potency. Does any know if that is true? Thanks guys and gals!

oops sorry, i didnt read closely. not sure about too long. just make sure you only co2 during lights on and try to keep your co2 ppms to 1200-1500

too much co2 will also kill your plants.. get a monitor and keep levels at 1200 ppm 1 hour after lights on and shut down 1 hour before lights out....

co2 is tricky but worth the effort...

Thanks guys! I just have two milk jugs (using sugar and yeast). This is a cheap set up so I don't have a C02 meter. I have just been leaving the jugs in there all day and night. So will leaving those jugs in there at night mess things up??

well it will do no good at all at night when the lights are out.. you can buy a co2 tester (cheapy) for 25 bucks but i doubt if your in range anyway.. (1200ppm)..

Never heard of co2 reducing potency, I use co2 religiously too, my stuff gets you just as high as anything out there. For c02 to be effective it needs to be on during the light hours as it is an essential component of photosynthesis. Also helps the plants able to take more heat without wilting.
