So its settled...Im gonna buy soil on sunday, get some 4 gal 1'x1's. ill have to measure to see exactly how many i can fit in the room...SO i took out the DWC plants and transplanted them back into soil cups. In doing so i saw that new roots WERE growing, way farther up the stalk. If I would have waited long enough, they would have reached the res and probably took off...however, too late now. lol..maybe next grow. Right now i gotta crank out some meds. I took a bunch of clones last sunday, so hopefully ill have some roots soon, get this baby started. This has been a most sobering experience. Learned a lot though. ill do better next time. Ill get pics up as soon as its all set up. til then, peace out...

well, i know its been awhile, but i have just been lazy. Everything is great in the closet.
I switched over to 4gal buckets, FoxFarm ocean forest soil. I am using the Fox Farm basic trio + the open sesame, beastie bloom, and cha-ching. i left them in veg under the 400w to speed things up. about a month later i put them in 12/12. they have been there for a week now, i just put week 2 nutes on them yesterday. they are very vigerous growers. cant wait to see them in a month! :) heres what they look like now.

So today is week 4. Halfway done. they are smellin soooo tasty. to me, they smell like fruity pebbles. anyways, they are beefing up sooo fast since i added the co2 regulator. I also got a temp control outlet to keep the day at 80-85 and the night 65-70. Fox Farms are pullin through. even the little guys i didnt think id get much off of are taking off. its great. cant wait to see what happens in the next few weeks.
One thing about Fox farms line up. invest in the gallon of Grow Big. Seriously you go that shit so fast. However, everything else will last you a few grows (4-5) but the extras, the beastie bloom, open sesame, and cha ching. Those thigns will last FOREVER. You probably use a total of 1 tbls or less of each per grow. they come in 1lb jars. thats a shit load of grows. if you wanna put a little umph into your grow, spend the 1and know you wont have to again. i sound like a salesman. anyways...heres my maturing ladies.

ok im a little late, but here's week 5. looking good. I can already see I wont be getting as much as i anticipated, but what is there looks DANK! the smell is just...incredible! So fruity. there's about 3 weeks to go and the nugs are already very dense. I'm going to have to tie some branches up toward the light soon, the buds are getting too heavy for some of the smaller branches. here's the pics, enjoy. O and a note, i have been using full strength FF with no sign of nute burn. also plants are very healthy, no sign of yellow leaves yet, no deficiencies. I am going to be "flushing" soon and was wondering the best way to do it. Should I use final phase? epsalm salt? molasses? do i just put a lot of water through once, then just keep watering with no nutes til harvest? I have grown and flushed before, but all my weeds has turned out with kinda a hay smell to them, not a weed smell in the past. I have heard the way you flush it effects the smell, so id appreciate any input. thanks :)

week 6.5 now. things are lookin good. i think there is a little bit of uneven ripening. I'll see in the next week if im going to harvest one plant in particular that seems far beyond the others. its 6.5 weeks and i already seeing quite a few amber colored trichs. Id take a pic if i could, but my camera isnt that great. I also think (from the looks of it) that i may harvest the top of my plants first, then give the bottoms a little longer to mature. Again, ill have to see what it looks like in a week or so. Anyways, heres some tasty pics to peer at.

Ok, add Hydrogenperoxide to your resivoir (about 15 mils per gallon). also, there is a root conditioner called hydrozyem that is the BOMB, it will clear up your root problem.

Week 7.5 Things are good. kinda got irritated tonight when i realized my CO2 hasn't been working the past week because the timer had a malfunction and stopped tripping the regulator to go off. I flushed this last mon.-tues. and have been feeding them plain water. I don't think I'm going to water them anymore up until harvest. The soil is still visibly wet tonight and i watered them a few days ago. I still think im going to harvest the tops that are done and let the others go another week or two. Its uneven for some reason...These particular plants went through a lot of stress in the early stages of veg, so its kinda expected to get some reprocutions from that. Also I purchased a small grow tent (2x4x4) to be able to veg my plants a little larger this time around, as i didnt have a suitable height before. They are all trained and supercropped. Also a technique i read about, i poked a large needle through the stems to creat small tears which heal up with the same effect as supercropping. they are looking decent. heres some pics of the flowering girls @ week 7.5.

yep, they are purple, not just the lighting. U tend to keep it cooler in my grow area.65-70 in day (when not using CO2, the last 2 weeks) and 60-65 at night. it helps make some dense buds too. well at last that's what i was told. thanks for the compliment bro :)

your going to have to specify which pic you are looking at. I know it the thread says DWC but complications happened in the beginning of the the flower that made me have to switch to soil. the origional tubs were 20gal rubbermaid tubs sprayed down (on the outside) with truck bed spray on rubber to seal out light, then i painted it white..partially to make it look a little better, and to reflect light. if you are referring to the latter pics, they are just 4 gal square buckets.
