For some reason my AmEx gift card keeps getting declined everywhere I try to order from. I bought a $40 card in the hopes of buying seeds but it keeps being declined. (I made sure each site accepted American Express, and that I converted the cost correctly so I wasn't overcharging.) Can anyone help me? Or if it's because of international, can you recommend any seed banks in US that ships within US with good quality and prices (I.e. In my price range.)

There are no US banks that ship in the US

I actually did try them, they had really good prices that were affordable, only issue was it went through at first, started processing and then a few hours laters said it was declined

call #on card tell them u using internationl.they think u card got jacked
Would it be weird? Like if I call them could they see that all the places the card was attempted to be used at were all seed places?
