It really depends on your location. If youre in Cali, I might try my luck. (if you are that desperate)

I've used Craigslist a few times and never had a problem. I don't believe that the DEA would be setting up Craigslist stings (didn't Obama instruct them to be cool?), especially on Medical Patients. If you think your local cops are doing it, you have to remember that its legal to medical patients at the local law enforcement level. So, carry your card...stay under your limits...and feel free to purchase on Craigslist....just don't ask me for bail money.

If your medical, and they are medical, and your state has legislation that allows trading, or supplying OTHER medical patients........... you should be fine

think of craigslist as a medium to contact other LEGAL, LEGITIMATE patients. Your not actually buying the herb from craigslist. Your buying it from other legal patients. Which is legal in many states.

also keep in mind not a lot of people on the internet are IN FACT, who they say they are. Be safe out there & keep it legal

I have had luck with clones on craig's.

In WA state it's actually not allowed to advertise pot...craig's folks do it anyway and I haven't heard of popo problems...but I have heard if looking for a bag, make sure and look hard enough to guarantee that it hasn't been keefed.... like, stripped of trics for hash. But most folks I find are just regular smokers.

Be sure and show your paperwork, and get a look at the other person's also...really the only way you could get into trouble is if you are "trading" with someone without their medical papers. It is a risk, depends if you are willing to take it...don't think I would go for a larger amount just in-case.....and wouldn't expect to find top-shelf.

HB 10-1284 made patient to patient sales illegal, therefore unless you sign the person from craigslist as your caregiver, it is not legal. There is at least one LEO working denvers craigslist, however i believe them to be on the buying side not selling. I bought off of craigslist before 10-1284 when extremely desperate, and never found anything worth a crap, the market has changed since then, but if they are putting it on craigslist, i believe its because they can not or do not care to sell to their regular customers/patients.
As far as clones go i have used and will use again WWW.CoCannaLab.COM .

there u go. if your buying off craigs, something isnt right. there are plenty of reputable dispensaries and clone bars. you can get seeds from just about any disp. try tga's gear u wont be disapointed. but if u wanna put your ass on the line why not just go to the police station and ask for some outta the evidence lockup, im sure some of your cl bud is in there!

A patient can legally buy anywhere he wants. Craigslist, Downtown, the neighbor kid or wherever. It's the SELLER that is at legal risk.

I still haven't been convinced that patients can sell to other patients without them being their caregiver.

I guess it really matters what state you are in because our laws are not all the same.

Patient to Patient donating or swapping is not specifically addressed in WA laws...yet. We are awaiting a revision to our medical Marijuana laws as I speak, SB 5073 has past the Ways and Means committee and is in the hands of our Senate.

Ahh, fuck all that paying shit. Completely legal for patients in CO to TRADE. Craigslist is stupid. You got RIU and this thread, post a trade offering and see what happens.. Non profit co-ops can put a price and ad up as long as they are legit...

no co-ops in CO. not sure what state you are in, but not here I think. stick to what you know, the laws in your own state. by offering advice on something you obviously know little about, you are advising a possible course of action that could be detrimental to the end user. please think before you post.

i do agree though .... everyone should grow their own meds if they can.

you live here in Colorado. Just go to one of the many dispensaries we have in our state. Denver should have over 100 clubs to choose from.

eyecandi, CO op are legal in this state, what do you think the clubs are in CO? We have canna clubs and dispensaries, the clubs are non profit and registered bud.

the 'clubs' are legal Colorado 'for profit' Dispensaries. this is one of the BIG distinguishing factors between CO and CA - CA=non-profit based rules and regs, CO=for-profit based rules and regs *for licensed dispensaries and grows. Caregivers are in a bad grey area and I do not think that CO Dept of Revenue is helping the situation. It may be that you need to be a reg. non-profit as a caregiver (I'm not one) .... but it doesn't sound right for some reason (happy to be wrong too). I'm on the disp/grow side and our lawyers are very clear on that piece, I'll have to see if I can get some clarification.

many states that don't have rules in place are looking at CO and CA to see what direction to go, which puts a lot of pressure on both to get rules/regs in place that work. a big pain in the ass right now for sure.

I hope I didn't offend, I just hate seeing people from other states step in and give advice/info where they know little (easy to give advice when you aren't the one getting hosed). but sounds like i might need to brush up on the CG side myself ;)
