FYI, one stick of butter is about 113g...this makes your recipes easier!

The first pic is my latest butter batch (8 sticks butter [904g], 4 oz [452g] premium sugar trim, 32oz water, 4 hour simmer @ ~180F with 10-15 min 220-240F stirred very frequently throughout, water added as the level in the pan dropped, cheesecloth drain into 9 x 13 pan, cool in fridge, yield was about 6 sticks [678g]) .

Suggested uses:
Rice Krispie treats following the box recipe but obviously with extra butter....and I like gooey so extra marshmallows! substitute 1-2 cups of fruity pebbles, coco krispies, honey bunches of oats, etc...it hides the flavor for people who don't like it and the color for people who take it to work!!!!!!

Chocolates: Personal favorite is white chocolate macadamia, white chocolate shows the green color and makes a great flavor. Melt chips (white chocolate, chocolate, andes mints, etc), add butter, add flavoring (heath bits, nuts, coconut....peanut butter made with canna-peanut oil...) Put in some sort of mold and cool (silicone molds rock but even small plastic takeout containers make a decent bar of chocolate...tinfoil is my personal favorite mold because it is great for storage, pretty cheap, and something I keep on-hand anyway). Use as much butter as you like if it will still set up when cool...play with your dosing.) Letting it melt in your mouth seems to have a different effect than swallowing it quickly, but that could be in my head.

Muffins: A box of muffins with the highest oil or butter requirements (butter and oil are a point for point substitution...I do believe...but again, I always add extra butter!) The easier the better, follow the directions, use extra butter....spread some butter on afterwards.

Cookies!!!!!! Betty Crocker super easy, red colored bags of cookie mix. You need butter, eggs, and sometimes water. Snickerdoodle! rainbow mix, peanut butter, straight up chocolate chip

Canna Banana (say it a bunch of times, you'll smile) Bread with a Canna Butter glaze. Whoa, whoa, whoa. Credit to Martha Stuart for the butter glaze, search it out and give her page a hit, really simple. Make up the banana bread using canna butter (we all have a sister with an awesome recipe and the skills to make moist, delicious fruity breads, right?) Defer to an expert on this one, use extra butter, cover the bread with the butter glaze. Have real food on hand because this will be so good that you will want to eat more and more and more and more.....

Anything you can make with butter! When rice calls for a little butter, canna butter! Oatmeal got you feeling blah? Canna butter and sugar! Birthday? Canna Cake! Office party? canna cupcakes (melt down store bought frosting and add canna butter, it'll set back up!...no, maybe for you and the tokers, but don't drug anyone...even if they need it.)

Out of paranoia, I reduce my cooking times. Monitor internal temperature of batter and don't vape your desired effect! (I try to keep the oven at or under 325) Enjoy!
