just some pics. didn't weight anything, so i can't give you numbers, but started with pretty sticky popcorn/fluff, ran it through a nut grinder to give it a coarse chop, and hit it with 2 cans of 7X filtered butane, boiled it off most of the butane, threw it in the freezer for a few seconds, scraped it together into a blob, then put it on the vacuum pump to watch it puff up.
