In all honesty, the real danger in using rollitup is if the police search your computer after a bust. They could find all kinds of information in your grow journals and such that could be used as evidence in court.

As far as police checking RIU and tracking IP addresses, I think thats highly unlikely. Regardless, if it was done, it would be federal police, not local or state. I mean, why would state police search a website? The chances of them finding someone worth prosecuting in their jurisdiction isnt very likely.

And Im guessing the DEA has better things to do than troll RIU forums, looking for a bust lol.

And dont say "They can check your IP" cause that is not usable in court because you may be in an adjacent state from your crops.
They need concrete evidence. and if they bust your door down with just pics and text as a reason, the court will dismiss it because that is not concrete.

Very often cops know what is going on, but because they have no probable cause other than over the internet (Which is free speech related and fightable), they will do nothing unless they get someone to wear a wire on you, or pose as a fellow grower and get your name and address.

And anyone that would give that info up to someone they don't know probably should get busted. I say that in jest as obviously I don't ever want to see anyone get busted.

are you agreeing with me or disagreeing, i cant tell lol... but ya. i agree with that statement... if your dumb enough to get caught, you deserve it. "Everyone" shouldnt be growing... its not as innocent as it seems...

Even though it should be the same as growing a tomato plant. or grape vines for wine.

I was only focusing on that one part, to emphasize being extremely careful at all times, even if you meet the coolest guy or girl in the whole world on a site. Trust nobody, period. I wasnt disagreeing.
